     HOW TO ORDER:
1.  DINOSAUR STYLE
If ordering Dinosaur Style (thru the mail), you can print out this sheet, then circle the price of what you want and mail it in with either a check or a Credit Card #.
2.  ONLINE  Sorry, this is not a full-function interactive website with a shopping cart and card processing ability.  It's Dinosaur-style; it only has listings.  Still, we can improvise!

You can
send me an e-mail and type out what you want and the price.  Make sure you let me know whether you want a Cut Square or a Full Corner
OR, you can cut & paste the item with its description and price.  If you need to HIGHLIGHT anything, please do it in green (00CC00 for the techs out there).
I accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express.  I also accept PAY PAL,
at my e-mail address of "slwarking@erols.com".
3.  PHONE  IF your order is relatively simple, or if you have a few questions, you can phone me at 718-939-5788.  For me, there's no such thing as "business hours".  I'm usually in, and if I'm not, you get the answering machine.  Leave your #; I'll get back to you.

TERMS OF PURCHASE:  Items from this list may be combined with items from my other lists for a MINIMUM ORDER of $15.  ALL ORDERS will be shipped via Insured or Registered mail, for your protection.  Please add $2 for
postage and insurance to all orders.  There's never a "handling" fee; just actual postage expen
ses.  This is for U.S. orders only.  Overseas shipments, please e-mail me in advance for shipping information.
New York State Residents, please add the appropriate Sales tax.
VISA, Master Card and American Express are accepted: please include all information which appears in raised print, PLUS the 3 digit security code which appears on the back.

SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED ON ALL ORDERS

Dear Friends & Collectors,

If like me, you've been paying more attention to OLD Postal Stationery issues than NEW ones, then also like me, you're probably experiencing a bit of sticker shock.  You'd think the USPS would learn from past mistakes, but either THEY didn't learn or don't care.

They're slowly sneaking up the prices, WELL BEYOND that which is required by the new, higher face value of the cards...and unfortunately, I have to pass along those prices to you.

The last under-$10 book of 20 cards was the DC Super Heroes, issued July, 2006.  Here are some numbers & dates, as I'm feeling numerically inclined:

DATE            NAME               FACE     PRICE       MULTIPLE of FACE
July, 2006      DC HEROES          4.80       9.95        2.07
Oct, 2006       FLA. WETLAND       3.90       7.95        2.04 (Pad/10)
May, 2007       STAR WARS          3.90      12.95        3.32 (Book/15)
June, 2007      PAC LIGHTHOUSES    5.20      12.95        2.49
July, 2007      MARVEL HEROES      5.20      12.95        2.49
Aug, 2007       DISNEY MAGIC       5.20      12.95        2.49
Aug, 2008       DISNEY-IMAGINE     5.40      13.95        2.58
Oct, 2008       GT LAKES DUNES     4.20       8.95        2.13 (Pad/10)
Oct, 2008       FINS & CHROME      5.40      13.95        2.58
May, 2009       THE SIMPSONS       5.60      14.95        2.66
ALL MORE RECENT BOOKS OF 20 ARE   5.50      14.95  and   2.66
Oct, 2009       KELP FOREST        4.40       8.95        2.03 (Pad/10)

We're seeing something resembling mercy on the pads of 10, but as far as the books of 20, we all have targets painted on out backs.

The new website www.stevelevinestamps.com is rounding out well, but there's still plenty to load and a few glitches to clear out.  The cart lists items "alphabetically", which is fine for LETTERS, not so fine for NUMBERS.  It sees UX101 as coming before UX50.  All it sees is the "1" as coming before the "5", regardless of how many other digits are present.  I'm working on it.

There are a few items up there I actually don't have, but those are mostly FDCs.  They'll be taken care of shortly.  I'd appreciate any input, comments. suggestions, etc., so if you have the time, please take a look & give it a test drive.

I promised some new Postal Card issues last month, and here they are:

THE SIMPSONS  Issued May, 2009, The Simpsons were issued in a book of 20 cards, 4 sets of 5.  The first of the new group of $14.95 books, they're a bit more expensive than previous new issues.

  SET OF 5 PICTURE CARDS....$5.50

KELP FOREST  Issued October 1, 2009 the Kelp Forest was issued in a pad of 10 cards.  it's the 3rd in a series of Nature of America cards which began with the Florida Wetland issue...which sold out quickly and skyrocketed in price.

  SET OF 10 PICTURE CARDS....$16.50

GULF COAST LIGHTHOUSES  Issued July 23, 2009, 4 sets of 5 cards in a book of 20.  This is the 3rd Lighthouse issue.

  SET OF 5 PICTURE CARDS....$5.50

EARLY TV MEMORIES
Issued August 11, 2009 in a book of 20.  These "Top 20" were great shows, but there really needs to be a sequel set next year.  Too many good ones left out.

BOOK OF 10 PICTURE CARDS....$23.50

AS last month, I wish I had more to offer.  There's still a big backlog of material in storage...but I believe most of it will yield 1-of-a-kind cut squares & full corners, and some Ebay-able material of the Postal History and EFO persuasion.  WHEN this material is offered, I'll be in touch.

     Best Regards,
